How to Play Edgewise

Field guide

Find one hidden word on each circular orbit. Its evenly spaced letters reveal a regular polygon.

Each thin circular line is an orbit. Begin anywhere, then keep selecting letters from that same row.

Correct letters sit at equal angles. You may trace them clockwise or counterclockwise.

Find a three-letter triangle, four-letter square, five-letter pentagon and six-letter hexagon. Edgewise closes each shape automatically.

Hints

The first hint gives a definition. The second marks that word’s first letter, giving you up to eight hints per puzzle.
